Patients are free to reach out via email with questions as needed. However, if there is urgent request or issue, please contact the office immediately by phone.
Scheduling & Cancellations

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments with Jonathan. Cancelling within 24-hours or no-shows will result in the cost of the full session to the credit card on file.

Billing & Insurance

We Are Not A Conventional Primary Care
Most of our services are not covered by traditional health insurance, however, please check with your insurance provider if any of the services are covered before you book an appointment.

Same-day emergency appointments are honored, but payment is due at time of service.

We Do Not Bill Insurance Companies

In Motion MFR will not submit a medical claim to insurance on your behalf. We cannot assist you with claim resolution for our services.

We will provide you with a detailed billing summary that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. There may be procedures or lab tests that are not covered depending on your plan’s rules.
